DM-RTWS Programs Overview

Select the membership that is right for your organization.

Our comprehensive DM-RTWS are available through three streamlined membership programs. Each program is designed to provide your organization with peace of mind by effectively managing your employees’ work-related and non-work-related injuries and disabilities.

As a member, your organization will have access to highly experienced Disability Management and Return-to-Work professionals, and medical experts, including an extensive array of health and safety tools and resources. Our membership programs are designed to alleviate the complexities of handling disability claims, allowing you to focus on driving your business forward.

GAP Analysis

Before we select a membership plan, we first need to identify the gap between the current state of your organization and your desired state. Whether your goal is to standardize and simplify procedures or to reduce your disability premiums, a GAP analysis will help us select the right plan based on your goals.

All membership plans include a GAP Analysis. This GAP Analysis will help you to allocate financial resources effectively in order to enhance and develop your Return-to-Work / Stay-at-Work programs as well as manage your injury and disability claims.

Our team of professionals will collaboratively work with you in planning and implementing steps to meet the needs identified in the GAP Analysis.

The GAP Analysis will be conducted using the following data-gathering and verification methods:

  • Document Review – This review will focus on the documented policies and procedures. Undocumented processes are reviewed through observation and interviews.
  • Worksite Visit – This visit allows us to observe the conditions of the workplace and to conduct interviews with employees and managers. Interviews allow us to clarify policies and procedures and how they are carried out at work as well as collect additional information on specific operating instructions and directions.
  • Report and Recommendations – The information collected from the document review, informal review, and observation tour will be reviewed by our qualified Return-to-Work Coordinator and the findings will be provided to you in a GAP Analysis Report. This report will highlight the areas where your Disability Management and Return-to-Work Services could be improved.

Following the GAP Analysis Report, the RTW Coordinator will work with you to select a membership plan based on the needs identified by the GAP Analysis. They will develop a step-by-step action plan that will bring your organization to your desired state.  The RTW Coordinator will guide you through implementing this action plan and evaluating your organization’s outcomes.
